
ReSource, through the investment it made in Northeast Recycling LLC (Northeast) in January 2024, continues to grow its responsive and customer-centered construction and demolition debris (C&D) hauling operations throughout Eastern New England.

The transaction closed in February 2026; the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ReSource Waste Services LLC is the largest processor of C&D in New England, with recently expanded capabilities including soils solidification and waste hauling/collection. ReSource Waste Services owns and operates four C&D processing facilities in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, and a rail-served C&D transfer station in Massachusetts, with a total annual permitted capacity of approximately 1.4 million tons.
